It seems like every day now I have to unplug and replug my router in to get the network to work. I've noticed that the lights flicker. Is is possible that it is getting to little amount of voltage and keeps locking up? If so would a UPS fix the problem?

I have encountered similar problems. Check out this article in Linux Journal. It might help.
I have 2 WRV54Gs in different locations and they lockup about once a week. They seem to work fine when stopped and restarted.

I installed a battery backup but it has had no effect. I am about to try the fix the Linux Journal article suggests: When upgrading, restore default settings, upgrade then manually put in the new configuration.
