linksys wireless card for redhat 8.0 install 1

Newbie here and I am having trouble installing a linksys ver.3 instant wireless network pc card 2.4 ghz 802.11b.

so. how do I do it in the simplest terms? I have tried and I am missing something simple.

steps or links with simple steps to follow will help.

You can either get the src for the wlan-ng drivers at

If you're not comfortable with compiling your own kernel and modules then you can get redhat8.0 rpms from

http://prism2.unixguru.raleigh.nc.us/rh80/index.html

I've found the drivers to be a bit of a pain to set up but the docs are complete, but do need to be read carefully.
