Linksys VPN help

Hi Guys... I have two Linksys WRV200 router setup.. one at my work and other one at my home for VPN access. I did some research online was able to setup VPN tunnel.. Now the problem is that i cannot access anything on either side of the Network. I can ping the WAN and LAN IP address of both routers but cannot Ping anything on the Internal network on both sides.... I don't know how to route that over VPN to access the internal network..

give us some more info please. we need to know that IP adress you are using for both network.
 
Well here are the details for both routers.

Router A(Home) Ipsec Tunnel
Local secure group: Subnet 192.168.2.0
Remote secure grouop: Subnet 192.168.0.0
Remote Gateway: IP address: XX.XX.XX.XX


Router B(Work) Ipsec tunnel
Local secure group: Subnet 192.168.0.0
Remote secure grouop: Subnet 192.168.2.0
Remote Gateway: FQDN: XXXXXX.dyndns.org

Key Mangagement for both routers..
Auto IKE
Phase 1 :
Main Mode
-DH Group:2
-3DES
-MD5
Phase 2 :
-DH Group:2
-3DES
-MD5
-PFS

I can see the tunnel connected from both side.... but cannot ping anything inside on either side...
