Linksys VPN does not re-connect automatically

We've been testing the Linksys BEFVP41 VPN router. We found out that after the key lifetime expires and then it generates a new key it it does not re-connect automatically. You still have to access the VPN setup page and click on the connect button to re-connect.
Can someone knows how to deal with this or it's simply one of the problem with linksys?

I would upgrade or reflash my firmware and if that doesnt work email support@linksys.com. That is not a normal issue with those vpn routers.
