Hi,
My linking between two projects are not working. I am using MS Project Server 2003.
I have two projects suppose P1 and P2.
I copied some dates from P1 and did a paste special on P2 and I added the link.
When I closed P2 and changed the dates on P1 - the dates didnt change for P2.
I wanted to add that my enterprise didnt add OLE CUBE. Is that reason?

I haven't done a lot in this area (very, very little actually).

But the thought occurs: why aren't you using Cross-Project dependencies instead of copy-pasteline?

I dont know what a Cross Project is but I tried a dependencies but it does not work.
However what i was looking for, I got the answer.
Thank you anywayz

Tell everyone how you did it so we can all learn.

The only that I figured works is by inserting projects.
There are so many ways links can break in Project.
So I inserted P1 into P2

This whole area is a contentious issue. You may find it all very difficult to maintain!
BEWARE!
