links won't open

a friend is running win2k pro. he uses outlook express and whenever he opens an email with a highlited link in it he'll click it and nothing opens. also when he tries to drag an incoming message to a folder that he created under local folders the msg won't move there.
anyone know how to fix this?

Not being able to move the messages is probably a different problem. Can the message by moved by creating a rule? Is there any error when the message won't move?

thanks for your help, i went to that website and downloaded the program. i'll run it at on his pc tomarrow. i don't know what "moved by creating a rule" means and there isn't an error, it just won't open.

moved by creating a rule" means using OE's built in mail rules feature to create a rule that would move messages from one folder to another.
