Links to Manager 3.0 to update IP406v1?

Hi All,
I tried the search but did not come up with anything. I could be looking for the wrong thing.

I have an IP406v1 running Manager 2.1(24) and would like to update it to 3.2. The links at Avaya support doesn't have all the pieces I need. I should have downloaded all the software when they were current.

From what I have read, do I need all these:
2.1(65)
3.0(999)
3.2(??)

Any help is great!

All files needed are on the Admin CD for 3.2, there are folders with the correct firmware version for interim upgrades.
You just have to make sure you upgrade in the right order and don't skip important interim upgrades otherwise it might need DTE recovery.
read up in Tech Bulletin 71, the GA release bulletin it has the upgrade path in it.
