I have two files created from Crystal Enterprise 10 that are scheduled to run every 30 minutes and export as "Excel text only" to a folder on a shared drive.
I have two Excel 2003 files that reside on the same shared drive in a different folder than the Crystal Exports.
One of the Excel files has the other Excel file linked to it and also the two files exported from CE.
When I open the Excel file with the three links, I select "Yes" when Excel prompts to update links.
Excel responds that it cannot find linked data. When I do an Edit Links and check source, Excel finds the other linked Excel file with an "OK", but gives an "Error: source not found" message for the two CE exported files.
If I open the CE linked files, everything opens without error.
These files are shared with others so having the files update without opening is a must.
Any help would be appreciated.
