Linking two networks (128.0.0.0 to 10.0.0.0)

**Newbie Question**

How can I join two networks (128.0.0.0 to 10.0.0.0).. can this be done via a router/bridge
 
That's what routers do. Just assign an IP address from each range to separate interfaces on the router (or the same one, if really necessary). Hosts on each network should point to the appropriate router address as their default gateway.
