Linking to Subreport SP - Conversion Issue

I've looked at other threads regarding this, but have had no luck getting my issue worked out. I'm trying to link a main report to a sub-report that is based on a stored procedure. The field in the main report is of data type Number while the Stored Procedure is calling for a parameter of data type INT.

I cannot get the Subreports Linking dialog box to show the parameter in the select data based upon drop-down box.

Any help on possible convert formulas to get this to work. I'm on CR10 on a Sybase database.

Finally figured it out! For some reason, Crystal wanted me to convert a Number to a Number using ToNumber!!! Don't know why that was, but it's working now.

If you link it using a data field that does match, you can then work with it within the subreport, doing necessary data conversions. Remember to check the subreport's record selection, which will probably contain an automatic selection rule that you'll need to remove.
