linking to quicktime .mov

I want to display 360 panoramas [saved as .mov] in quicktime viewer with text links to different scenes on same page. Can I do this and if so could you point me in the right direction. I do not have a mac otherwise I would just purchase Quicktime VR...

ok I know this is probablly a "simple" question but I dont know html...I've been on the apple site and have tried different things {not knowing what I am doing!} and have not been able to do this...
