Linking Projector/.exe to PDF Files

Is there a means of linking Buttons in .SWF's .EXE's and Projector movies to PDF files without using the get URL action, as this always opens a Browser and trys to get online before opening acrobat. If a flash movie can Link to a PDF surely tit can do it without a browser popping up.

That's why there's the FSCommand action. Use it!
