OK, here's the deal. I have a user who was once set up so that when he went to write a new email and clicked 'to' and then went to the far right of the Select Names window, he'd hit the drop down menu to reveal all the choices. Now when he got down to the 'public folders' choice, from there he could select who he wanted to send an email to. I'm stumped...but since i rolled out a new system for him he can no longer do this...?

Any takers?

Thanks ...the higher the fewer...

You need the Outlook Address Book installed as a service in the profile and then from the public folder properties, check the box to 'Use this folder as an address book'
