Linking From Webpage Problem

hello ! everybody

how can i linking the information from webpage? For an instance, if i fill in the information from a webpage and those information will store in the table i created automatically. Is it the work for both webpage and access? and what should i do ? thanks for answer my question .. And sorry for accept my poor English sentences.

this is such as ...... doing a webpage for online company .. the customer buying some product from this company, when this customer submit his information, these information will store in Database (Access 2000) . what and how should i do and where can i learn these information?
