Linking forms so that same data appears in each view?

I have a service database with multiple forms.

How can I select a record number on the first form and have all the information related to that record appear on the other forms?

Example: I want to select a return authorization number on the main data entry form page so that I can look at the service history for that particular piece of equipment. I then want to be able to look at the other forms and have the data that is related ONLY to that return authorization number appear.

If from the main form where you select that record number you will open tthe others form, you can pass it in open args (take a look to OpenForm method of DoCmd). Another way is to delare a global variable and store that value in it, but I don't recomand this method.
