linking Access and Outlook Contacts 1

Hello guys and gals,

I have read many of the posts regarding linking Access and Outlook. I'm not sure if anyone has actually successfully accomplished this task.

I'd love to hear how it was done if they were able to do this.

My boss wants to use his Outlook contacts and be able to pull up the info on these and put it into a database that is already created. This is something new he thought of after I had already created a table for his to enter the data in.

He wants to be able to use his contacts for his Attorneys and Title companies. But after reading all that is posted here able linking and trying to do it on my own, I'm wondering if I should just tell him it can't be done.

Again, I'd love to hear what you experts (I'm still a newbie) have to say on the subject.

File, Get external data, Link tables

Then select "Outlook" for the "Files of type" parameter

Then follow the Wizard...
