HI,
Me and a classmate have a project at school to setting up a local Voip network with two BCM50e 2.0. We would like to know witch is the easiest way to link both systems? And physically what do we need for the connection? Sorry if my english is bad im french canadian.

Here, you will find all your answers. Wish I could give them to you without the leg work, but I would be doing you an injustice lol!

I guess my question would be what level of connectivity are you looking to accomplish?

Oh was that yours?

Do a search for "BCM50 Networking Configuration Guide" that will give you alot of what you're looking for.

So, thank you for you're answer! After 2 weeks, we have tried to configure target line and line pool. Each Ip phone have their own target line and all of them were in one line pool (Pool bloc A) on both system. We have also configured dialing plan as this link show : Our main issu is how to physicaly connect these two system. Actually, they are connected with trunk line (61 - 64), but we don't know how to configure them. Do you have some tips for us. Thank you very much.

If you have VoIP or SIP gateway licences on both you can link them together using IP......
You would configure this under Resources ->IP Trunks

You can physically connect the two systems together using patch cords and ethernet switches. Connecting them together using analog trunk ports 61-64 is not voip networking. Follow hawks' advice and Google "BCM50 Networking Configuration Guide". Concentrate on the chapters that deal with voip trunks.
