I would like to know how to find where my linked tables are coming from. Is there an access utility which will allow me to do this?

I want to recreate a MDE and need to know where the tables are linking to.

any help would rock!

Open the linked table in Design mode. Access will warn that you can't modify anything in a linked table. Click OK. Open the table properties and look at the ODBC connection string. Terry

You could also go to Tools ==> Addins ==> Linked Table Manager.

Here you can see all your links and you can modify or refresh them.

Hi
I go to Tools ==> Addins ==> Linked Table Manager
and I get an empty box. I have a number of buttons to add *.mda and *.mde files but I don´t understand what has to be done.
The dialog box which opens automatically when you try to add "addins" is empty, there are none to "add".
Any help on this matter ?
thank you so much
