Linked Table to Imported Table

I'm trying to create a macro to nightly update an imported table from a linked table. My ODBC driver doesn't like more than 5 users at a time, so I decided to import the table nightly. Now, I'm growing weary of manually importing the table. As it is now, I have the table linked through ODBC data source, and then I manually import the table.

Any suggestions?

I would write the a vba routine to import the data and run any necessary sql updates.

Then purchase a scheduler product like the FMS Total Visual Agent (

- to run the routine overnight.

There are others schedulers out there too too and you might be some code floating around to create one yourself.
