I have a huge database that containes 20,000 images. I have used links to access the images. To open the image the user clicks the link and views the property. I would like to print of a batch without physically clicking each property.

Is there a way to view the property image within a form / report without compromising the size of the database, then running a query to do so ?

There is a way to do it, but let me ask you are the images in a seperate folder and then linked in the database?

yes in a seperate folder, the using hyperlinks to each images

I had the same issue, and the only way to solve it was do a report with image frame and in the detail_Format section use the following code

Me!Image1.Picture = "path of the image" & Me![indentfier for each image] & ".bmp" or if the image is a jpeg use ".jpg"

i would suggest converting the images to bmp format and reduce to the exact size of the printout you are going to use.
