I'm very new to web design, you should know that- but I'm also good at figuring things out, so any advice would be very appreciated. My home page is a .swf file that plays when you go to my site. At the end of the .swf is stops and is static- it doesn't loop. From this home, page you can click on buttons imbedded within the .swf at any time and navigate the website. I would like to set up my other pages so that when they click back to the home page, they don't have to watch the animation again. Is there anyway to do that- so when they click a button on a nother page that links them back home, it goes to the last frame of the .swf?

Thanks

so would suggest that I have a flash intro that when it is done playing, it automatically goes to a URL that is static and thus I always link back to that static page.

I would never suggest a flash intro, or flash navigation. If you simply must have a flash intro, have a skip intro button as well.
