Is it possible to mail links / hyperlinks to Items in Public Folders in Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2003 ?

I fear not.

You can email a link to the container in a public or private area. But sending a link to a specific item would be more difficult. I've been trying to figure out a way to change an OWA public folder view calendar from 1 day to 31 days, with no luck.

Oh wait I just found out you can:

1) type in the hyperlink...
Outlook://Public Folders/All Public Folders/HR/Recruitment/New Vacancy - Exchange Administrator

2) click the down-arrow next to the Attachment paperclip icon on the toolbar and select Item; then can browse to the public folder item and then click Shortcut.
*Message Format must be set to Rich Text, not HTML to do this.

I don't know if this helps...

sorry... mucked up that. Anyway, the important bit was the ?cmd=contents&view=monthly to show monthly view.

ignore the bit before the HTTP.
