Link to HP site explaining error s for Phaser 550

It took me a while to find this, so I am passing along to others in the hopes that it will help them expedite their printer downtime.

Here's the link on the HP site for error messages (not explained in the documentation I received with the printer).

If the link doesn't take you directly there, the last part of the URL is /webcgi.cgi

The html is creates a hot link and cuts it off if I type the whole string.

Sounds a great document, but I get a blank page with an error message when I try to load it. Is the URL definately correct?

and then click below on Legacy Products. Once you use the pull down menu to select your printer, it will give you a choice between hardware and software support. Sorry about the bad link info. It went right to it when I clicked on it to check, but that's probably because cookies were still pointing me to the sight.
