Hi,

Hope someone can help...

I am reporting from a SQL Server Database, each record has a unique ID number. What I want to be able to do is use this ID to link to a folder with the same ID. I then also want to use a hyperlink or some sort to then open document withing the folder from the report.

Any ideas on how I can do this. I have got as far as reporting on the file within the folder.

Thanks

I have managed to link to files on my PC by creating a formula:

totext({directory} & "\" & {File Name})

However, when trying to use this to a remote shared area Crystal just hangs.

Any iteas?

Many Thanks
