Link shortcodes? Need to turn off msg light & dial number

I have now been educated on turning the message light on and off. I have created the following shortcodes:

*91*N# which will turn on the message light on extension N
*90 which will turn off the message light when dialed from the extension.

Now I want to turn off the light and dial a number with a single button press (turn the light off and call the external voicemail number). Is there any good way to do this?

Also - is there a way to reprogram the "messages" button on the phone to have it dial out?

Which short code feature are you using to turn off the lights? This would be very useful for some of my customers who get the Phantom light problems. Also, is this a feature that works on 2.0.xx/2.1.xx/3.0.xx/3.1.xx?
