Four days back we started having this problem where in PMS link the physical link as well as protocol link were showing down resulting no communication link between EPABX & FCS Winsuite.
To test whether Attached data module has developed some problem we have interchanged the Data Module (7400B+) between CDR & PMS link and found the data module used for PMS earlier do work without any problem in CDR.
Today we changed entire PMS link on different already created data module (i..e. from 6950 to 6955). The cable between MDF & Wall Jack of PMS Module too changed with new cable. Now PMS physical link is showing as ‘UP’, however Protocol Link is still showing down.
Request kindly suggest the way through which we can make PROTOCOL link up for PMS
