Lines cut up when line-spacing is reduced.

In the attached image, you see what is happening when I reduce the line spacing. The contact information seems to get cut up, even though there is clearly enough space for both lines. The short description of the association is not cut up, with the only difference between the two being that the description does have a smaller font size.

I've just figured that it was because the contact info is actually two lines so then "space below paragraph" came into play. I just reduced it to zero. Alternatively, I think I could reduce line-spacing to zero and adjust the space below paragraph.
