LINES 25 26 27 28 IN KSU NO DT

i HAVE A 0X32 WITH MICS 4.1. a PRI CARD CHANNELS 1 TO 23 PRI A. LINES 25 TO 28 ARE IN POOL B LOOP START. WHEN YOU ACCESS THESE LINES VIA A ONE TOUCH ON THE 7324 YOU GET LINE SEIZURE BUT NO DIAL TONE ON ALL TRUNKS. WHEN YOU MOVE THE DS CARD TO MODULE 8 LINES 57 58 59 60 ON CARD 2 THEY WORK FINE EVEN USING SAME PIGTAIL CONNECTOR. REPLACED CARD IN KSU SAME RESULT. NO DT.

In maintenance, what type of lines is the system seeing lines 25-28 as? You may have to dis-able and re-enable them.
Also look for bent pins in the slot.

Also make sure you have punched the lines down on the correct pairs. 25=rd/br, 26=rd/sl, 27=bk/gr, 28=bk/br

Just a thought here, but can you really have digital lines mixed with analog lines in the ICS, I was thinking that you could not do this, but if I am wrong let me know, I would really like to know this as well. Thanks.

yes you can have a mix in the mics

lines 25 26 27 28 no go with dial tone . changed to pri in programming under maintenamce then hardware. moved pri to slot wher lsds was pri works in this slot. moved lsds to old pri slot reconfigured to loop start card NO DIALTONE
1 2 3 4. MOVED CARD TO MODULE 8 ALL OK. I AM JUST GOING TO LEAVE IT THERE
PRI WORKING 001 TO 023 OK

LINES 49 50 51 52 WORKING IN MOD 8 POOL B
