Good Day:
I have a BCM system ver6.0
we presently use the automated attendent to answer calls.
When someone calls in the say press 1, the automated attendent says one moment please, you then hear a dial tone then silence, then phone will ring.
we call forward the DN to an outside #
My question is there anyway of not hearing the dial tone when the system dials out as we have numerous people hang up. or perhaps is there an easier way to have the system do it a differant way.
