I have a configuration that includes a public Option 81 that has a TIE card to an Option 11C. The 11C then has a number of TIE cards with spans going into a lab with a number of IVR platforms.
I can sit at my desk phone that is connected to the Option 81 and dial 8200008 which will give me a dial tone on the 11C. I can then dial 8025 to place a call out of loop 6 and into one of my test boxes.
I want to be able to dial from my IVR platform back to my desk set but people are telling me that I cannot do that with my TIE card.
There is someone who is sharing the 11C with me who has a Line-Side T1 card and they can dial 7001 to get a dialtone back on the 81.
Is there some way that I can configure my TIE card to allow outdialing the same as the Line-side card?
Is there some way I can route my outgoing calls through their Line-side card?
