One of my programs outputs a postscript file. I'm using the moveto and lineto methods to record mouse movement, but obviously this yields an object consisting of unconnected line segments.

Is it possible to convert the entire object into paths?
I don't want to do anything else, just get it connected up!

I'm new to illustrator and would appreciate any help.

Here's the link to an image that illustrates the problem.
I want to join all these segements into smooth curved paths, and in some cases there are several hundred, so I don't want to do it by hand.

I thought this sort of thing would be easy, given illustrators own digitized curve algorithm demonstrated by the drawing tool.

Again, Thanks for any help.
