Hi, am i missing restrictions to apply on line restrictions.

my question his:is there other good numbers i would need to restrict to prevent long distance calls and fraud ?
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you would only need *A once, as all the other options get restricted as soon as the first 2 digits of the combination come up.
