Can you use line redirection on Target Lines? I have a customer who wants to call fwd a DID off of their PRI to a different location over VOIP.

Yes but the did must appear on the phone. F84 and follow the prompts, thats the only way I know how to do it.

Also under Capabilities LINE REDIRECTION MUST BE YES

If your customer has a PRI & 6.1 software, turn on line redirection under capabilities and then the user can call forward (feature 4)to any outside number (You can also FNA to an outside number). They can also transfer (Feature 70)to any outside number (no need to turn redirection on for this to happen.
