I'm trying to make all calls to a specific DIA line redirect via a GSM terminal, using F84. At the moment I can make the calls redirect over the landlines but not the GSM terminal.

Surely if I setup a line pool soley for the GSM terminal and assign that line pool an access code the redirection should just work as long as the extension I'm using has access to that pool. Am I missing something obvious here?

The system is a Norstar Compact Plus with one 4-port ISDN2e card and one PSTN card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ben

Can you dial out through the GSM terminal on the set you are using for the line redirection?

Yes indeed. I can access the GSM Terminal via a line pool or directly from that extension. Line redirection works if I use the Intercom key or Line Pool assigned to the ISDN lines.

If I select the line pool for the GSM Terminal it allows me to program it, but when I dial in I get an unobtainable tone or the call reverts to the prime extension, depending on which DIA number I'm redirecting.

Have you tried it using a rout and desti code?

Yes. We dial out on 6 to use the GSM terminal anyway. It fails using that method as well.

Possible that the system dials too fast for this connection... If you dial out across the GSM normally and complete the call, will a last number redial (Feature 5) work??
