line redirection norstar compact plus

I am trying to set up line redirection on a norstar compact plus - this is to let them forward to a mobile when out of the office. I have attempted to do via feature 84 - they have an analogue line with 2 aux working lines for incomingoutgoing and one designated outgoing. I can almost complete the redirection, selecting the outgoing as the outgoing line and all lines (have also attempted individual lines) but at the end when the system is implementing the redirection it says denied. Any ideas to get around this gratefully received

have you programmed the DN's to "allow redirect

Alsso make sure that the lines have supervision.

Redirect Allowed is located under Terminals & Sets.
Supervision is found under Lines.
As far as supervision if it still don't work after you turn it on then you might need to get with your carrier and make sure that they have it turned on for the line.
