Line Redirect Feature

Does anyone have a procedure how to redirect line on a M7310 phone, I do not have any experience with the system ( Norstar Plus modular ICS)

I am trying to redirect all incoming call to an outside number

OK hows this:
Press Feature 84
Display reads "Select line out" select line out or press Intercom key and dial Pool access code
Display reads "Enter Digits" Enter number to be called.
Press OK ( Softkey )
Press your line key
Use Feature #84 to Cancel

my problem is I do not know what is Pool access code( and what it is for), same for line key ( how to setup and access)

How many lines do you have? do you dial 9 to access outside lines? If you do than use that for your line out. (Intercom dial 9). Or you can check what lines are used under LINES in programming. It will tell you there if lines are in line pools or not. To check anything else I need to know what size system and what software your using.
