Line put on hold 'automatically'

We have a Norstar Maridian systems with six lines and 12 extensions.

Occasionally, the line goes quiet in the middle of a conversation and you find that the system has put the line on hold. No keys pressed, just goes on hold 'automatically'. Is there a know problem and / or solution here?

think i may have had that ...does it happen on a specific trunk..then try swapping cards withe each other and see if it follows the port
