I have two line pools for two different hunt groups. I need both of these line pools to use the same route. I can not figure out how to do this. I have six centrex lines so they all dial 9 to get dial tone. Lines 1 thru 4 are to most phones as Pool A. Pool B is for two phones only for two people as a semi-separate office at same location.

You can not have a dial 9 for both groups.You need a dial 9 and a dial 8.There is a way to do it with a bit of a fiddle, It involves you putting the BCM in night service for both groups and use the night routing on the BCM.If you do a search on the forum here you will find a thread about it.
