Line Lock 1

Hi, everybody
I have this extension

The line is locked. I already have restarted the board, I have unblocked the board, the lim, but it doesn´t. The extension doesn´t do anything.

What can I do?

check your cabling, could be a short circuit.
or your extension is faulty

Hi,
Rightly writes daddy, check that there is a short circuit, without short circuit, I usually solve with the command bleqi, expect internal blocks and then release with bleqe.

Use the BLFDP command. If the equipment position is blocked then look in the blocking field to see if yours is the same as this - B'0000000000010000

If it is, it either means the phone is off the hook, the handset is faulty or the cabling is faulty
