line lock

There is a extension lock which is not possible to delete it. Is there any way to unlock remotely?

line lock means that the line is in short circuit, please check the phone/cabling.

NO - digital block means handset is not plugged in usually (or cabling fault).

Analogue handset not plugged in shows as idle and free.

Try with bleqi:equ=x-x-xx-x; and then extee.

rauliz, are you still talking about the analog handset or the digital handset?

check physical cabling (patchpanel etc...),
try another phone,
etc...
