Agents complaining for distortion on the line and some calls get disconnect after 2or3 min

Check you spans. LCNT and verify slips, bpvs etc, Check your clock tracking on Primary
 
Are the agents on SIP phones?
I am having a similar issue with SIP phones dropping in mid conversation after a few minutes
 
Has this been an issue for a while, or just started? Distortion on an IP set or softphone is often times related to QoS... any new network equipment or heavy-hitters on your LAN?
