I'm having trouble with Incoming and Outgoing line groups, so I have line 20 and in the URI I have it setup so Ch 1 is 20/20/Use Int Data and Ch 2 is 21/21/*/*/*

If I use 21 as the Incoming call route it can't get through but when it's on 20 it does. The same happens if I try and push a call out over 21 with a shortcode it won't do it

How do I resolve this?

Change then to 20/21 and 21/20
* is a wildcard for incoming calls so your incoming call route should have 21 as line group id.
Your ARS should have 21 as an outgoing call id.
Then set the *'s SIP URI as 21 incoming and 20 outgoing.
Then the outgoing SIP URI with use user data should have 20 as incoming and 21 as outgoing.
Change the outgoing ARS to 21 as outgoing line group ID.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks, that's really helpful,so If I wanted 20 to be the outgoing line ID would I reverse them to 21/20 and 20/21 and the ARS as outgoing group 20

Your outgoing line id for ARS and incoming callroute are the key here.
If you are on 9.0 then you can do it a better way.
Which version are you on?
