I have CICS 6.1 and Call Pilot 100 setup with AA and CCR (set at 4 rings). I have 4 lines with Line 1 roll over to Line 2 from the telephone company. Everything works if no one is on the line, but if someone is on any of the 4 lines, when people call, they will go directly to either General Mailbox or one of the user's mailbox (line doesn't RING at all). Any ideas?

Thanks

Find out your phone numbers for the rest of the lines in your telco hunt group and call the lines individually. What happens if you call Line 2 directly?
Is this a brand new set up?
What is your system requirements. Do you have a reception phone? Do you have more then one ringing set?
Have you assigned the rest of the lines to appear and ring at at least one phone?
Many questions..with many different answers.

In terminal & sets programming, make sure no one is "call forward busy" to the voicemail ports.

We all need a little help once in awhile. Tony the Phoneman..

Under terminals and sets then capabilities. Make sure forward on busy is set to none. If forward on busy is set to yes then the vmail dn when that extension is in use the incoming call will go to that extensions mailbox. The general delivery usually is associated with the receptionists extension.
