Line drawings in PSP

Hi,

I need to write an operating manual for a piece of electronic kit.

I've used PSP for 6 years, but only for photo work.

I don't want to use photos in my new manual, only line drawings, such as you might find in many consumer electronic manuals. To include smooth curves, 3d perspective views, shadow shading etc.

Is PSP suitable for this task, anyone using it for this ? .. if so - anyone know of a good tutorial? I'm looking for the most efficient way of doing the drawings, and need professional results.

If there's a better package - any suggestions?
