line disconnect timer

i have many customers asking if bcm has the ability to disconnect the line after a specific time ??

for example : some employees use the lines for along time ,

can i set up the bcm to disconnect the line after 5 min.
or 10 min. ..etc. ????

I'd really hate to try and 'ooh, ah and but' my way out of that one if a 911 call got disconnected after x minutes.
