Line appearance on IP KEM

I recently installed a BCM50 R3 with 10 X i1120 phones & 18 key IP KEMs. I can program features to the KEMs, but not lines. Lines are ISDN2 (BRI)

assign the Kims to the extns.you should see a heading for Cap assignment/
this allows line buttons to be programmed on them
