Is there any way on a VDN by VDN basis to only show the last four digits of an ANI. CM 3.1.3 S8720s

Here is the case. We have a client that would like us to only display the last four digits of the incoming ANI on their calls. We have other clients that want all 10.

Is there a way to display only the last four on a particular VDN? For example incoming ANI is 725-858-6324. They want the phone to display <VDN Name> to 6324. Yet I have to leave all other VDN's show the full 10 digit.

I looked at Variables and I CAN set a variable to trim down to 4 digits but how do I then tell the phone to display these 4 digits INSTEAD of the ANI?

Thanks for any help here.

I am pretty sure that if you route the calls from the VDN to a ACD hunt group (your agents) they will only see the calls coming from the VDN. You could give it a try.

Huh? your response makes no sense to me. I guess I didn't mention that ALL these calls go to an ACD hunt group. Other then that I have no idea what you mean.
