Limited some users from relaying mail.

I an setting up sendmail on a NT box and using smart relay. I want to limit which users can send out of the local domain. It will be mostly for internal mail with some users relaying to our ISP's mail server. Any help?

I didn't know you could run sendmail on NT. I thought you guys used blat. I would like to know a little more about it because we get people asking about it from time to time.

There is a commercial product for NT. There is a cost of about $900, but it is doable.
