9611G phones on a G450 system. Is there a limitation to the number of calls that are stored on a user's phone in the history list?

Thanks,

Contacts are 250 Names and 3 Numbers per contact.

Call Log is 100 Missed/Answered/Outgoing. You can find this in the Avaya 9600 Series IP Deskphone Comparison.

Where is the call history stored? On the phone or does the phone retrieve the info off of a server?

Also, what would prevent a station/extension from indicating it's missed call history.

Depending on your version of CM it is either stored on the phone itself (which is most versions prior to 6.3.something) and on more recent versions you can store the call history server-side (not sure where its physically at, but maybe in the XLNs?)

The call log is stored and maintained locally. With H.323 6.4.0 or later on the 9611G and CM 6.3.6 or later, CM can be configured to allow the 9611G to retrieve a copy of the call log from CM when the user logs in. In all other cases, the 9611 has to be configured with an HTTP server to periodically backup the call logs and then retrieve a copy of the call log when the user logs in.
