limit to number of mounts

I have many servers with hundreds of mounts exported off other servers but one has a strange problem:

1. All the servers start with 90+ mounts to other server exports

2. When I mount 100 more filesystems there is no problem

3. When I mount 150 instead of 100 more filesystems I get an authentication failure:

NFS fsstat failed for server stlev1: error 7 (RPC: 1832-010 Authentication error)
The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.

I tried upping nfsd's to 300 and it made no difference....

Anyone seen this before?

I suggest you up the number of BIODs on the CLIENT. It is probably still at the default.
